This "company" has the worst customer service imaginable. Call after call is never returned. When you do finally get someone, they promise to show up to look at your problem and never show, day after day, week after week. They are argumentative and hostile when you ask them for advice getting someone to provide customer service. They clearly don't know what it is. They don't have the capacity to be a pool service company. Do yourself a favor and find a real, REPUTABLE pool company. This one is not it.
